A 33-year-old man is dead after being shot and run over while filming a rap video in North Philadelphia.
It happened at Fifth and Somerville Avenue in Olney just after 7 p.m. Thursday.
Investigators tell Fix 29 the man was shot in the head in front of 100 people. Shortly after being shot, the man was run over by a car that was trying to get away from the gunfire.
The man was taken to the hospital, where he died.
Cops say three gun-wielding men were arrested and one has been identified as the shooter.
“Police witnessed and heard the shots,” police Chief Inspector Scott Small said. “They immediately gave out descriptions and flash information. Three suspects were immediately taken into custody. All three had firearms. One of those three suspects was positively identified by witnesses as the shooter.”
